 Music offered through OS Beats may be available under Standard, Premium, Exclusive, or other seller-provided licensing options. The specific rights provided to the buyer are determined by the license terms associated with the applicable listing. 

 Refunds and transaction disputes are handled according to the OS Beats Refund Policy. Because digital products may be delivered immediately, purchases may become non-refundable after delivery or access, except where otherwise provided by the Refund Policy or applicable law. 

 Users may not use OS Beats to engage in fraud, copyright infringement, unauthorized distribution, payment abuse, illegal activity, or any activity that violates the rights of another person or entity.
