This Content Policy establishes the standards for content uploaded, published, displayed, streamed, sold, licensed, promoted, or otherwise made available through OSBeats.

Creators are responsible for every track, beat, sample, vocal, image, artwork, description, tag, profile element, bundle, and other item they publish through OSBeats.

Creators must ensure their content complies with OSBeats policies and applicable law.

Users may only upload or monetize content they own or have the necessary legal rights and permissions to use.

Users may not upload stolen, pirated, copyright-infringing, or otherwise unauthorized music, beats, samples, vocals, artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, or other protected material.

OSBeats does not allow adult or sexually explicit content.

Users may not upload, publish, sell, license, monetize, promote, or distribute:

• Pornography or pornographic material
• Nudity intended for sexual gratification
• Sexually explicit images, video, audio, live streams, or other media
• Adult entertainment or adult live-chat content
• Prostitution, escort, or other sexual services
• Fetish content or services
• Sexually explicit AI-generated or digitally generated content
• Content primarily designed to promote or facilitate sexual services
• Sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors

Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities when required.

Copyright infringement is prohibited on OSBeats.

Creators must have authorization to use any copyrighted material incorporated into their uploads, including beats, samples, vocals, melodies, recordings, artwork, photographs, and other protected material.

Rights holders may report allegedly infringing material through OSBeats' reporting system or DMCA/Copyright process.

Content that promotes, supports, celebrates, recruits for, or facilitates terrorist organizations, violent extremist organizations, or unlawful violence is prohibited.

OSBeats also prohibits unlawful hate-based content and material that promotes or celebrates violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.

Content may not be used to facilitate fraud, scams, illegal transactions, malicious activity, payment manipulation, impersonation, credible threats, harassment, or other unlawful activity.

Track titles, genres, prices, licensing options, descriptions, ownership claims, artwork, and other listing information must accurately represent the content being offered.

Creators may not intentionally mislead buyers regarding ownership, licensing rights, exclusivity, pricing, or what a purchase includes.

Users may not artificially manipulate plays, downloads, sales, rankings, reviews, followers, engagement, or marketplace visibility.

Bots, fraudulent traffic, coordinated manipulation, fake accounts, and other deceptive methods intended to manipulate OSBeats systems are prohibited.

OSBeats provides reporting functionality allowing users, rights holders, and other affected parties to report content believed to violate this Content Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, copyright protections, or other OSBeats rules.

Reports may be reviewed by authorized moderators and administrators.

OSBeats may review reported or detected content for compliance with platform policies.

Depending on the circumstances, OSBeats may hide or remove content, restrict its sale or monetization, disable marketplace features, preserve moderation records, request additional information, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or escalate matters for additional review.

OSBeats maintains practices for addressing repeat and serious violations.

Accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement, prohibited adult content, fraudulent activity, marketplace abuse, or other repeated policy violations may lose monetization or marketplace privileges and may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement.

When music is sold under an Exclusive licensing option, OSBeats may disable additional purchase options for that content according to the applicable listing and licensing rules.

OSBeats may update this Content Policy as the marketplace, legal requirements, payment requirements, and platform features evolve.
