This Acceptable Use Policy establishes what users may and may not upload, publish, sell, license, monetize, promote, or otherwise distribute through OSBeats. This policy applies to artists, producers, buyers, listeners, and all other OSBeats users.

OSBeats may be used to discover music, publish original or properly authorized content, license beats and music, create artist and producer profiles, communicate with users, purchase eligible digital content, and use other legitimate marketplace features.

Users may only upload, distribute, sell, or monetize content they own or have the legal rights and permissions to use.

OSBeats does not permit adult or sexually explicit content to be uploaded, distributed, sold, licensed, monetized, or promoted through the platform.

Prohibited content and services include:

• Pornography or pornographic material
• Nudity intended for sexual gratification
• Sexually explicit images, video, audio, live streams, or other media
• Adult live-chat or adult entertainment services
• Prostitution, escort services, or other sexual services
• Fetish content or services
• Sexually explicit AI-generated or digitally generated content
• Content primarily intended to facilitate or promote sexual services
• Any sexual content involving minors

Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, or attempts to solicit such material are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

Users may not upload, sell, distribute, or monetize stolen, pirated, copyright-infringing, or otherwise unauthorized music, beats, samples, vocals, artwork, images, trademarks, or other protected material.

Users must possess the necessary rights and permissions for everything they publish through OSBeats.

Rights holders and other affected parties may report suspected infringement through OSBeats' reporting and DMCA/Copyright procedures.

OSBeats prohibits content that promotes, supports, celebrates, recruits for, or facilitates terrorist organizations, violent extremist organizations, or unlawful acts of violence.

OSBeats also prohibits unlawful hate-based content and content that promotes or celebrates violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.

Users may not use OSBeats for:

• Fraud, scams, or deceptive transactions
• Stolen payment information
• Chargeback abuse or payment manipulation
• Misleading or fraudulent marketplace listings
• Impersonation
• Artificial manipulation of plays, downloads, rankings, reviews, followers, or marketplace visibility
• Attempts to circumvent payment, security, moderation, or account restrictions

Harassment, credible threats, stalking, coordinated abuse, malicious activity, and other conduct intended to harm users or interfere with the operation or security of OSBeats are prohibited.

OSBeats provides reporting functionality that enables users, rights holders, and other affected parties to report content or accounts believed to violate this Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, copyright protections, or other OSBeats policies.

Reports may be reviewed by authorized OSBeats moderators and administrators.

OSBeats may review reported or detected content and take appropriate action when violations are identified.

Actions may include removing or restricting content, disabling monetization or marketplace functionality, restricting account features, reviewing transactions, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving relevant records, or escalating matters for additional review.

OSBeats maintains practices for addressing repeat violations.

Users who repeatedly violate this Acceptable Use Policy, infringe intellectual-property rights, publish prohibited content, engage in fraud, or otherwise repeatedly violate OSBeats policies may have content removed, monetization or marketplace privileges restricted, or their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement without a prior warning.

OSBeats may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the marketplace, legal requirements, payment requirements, or platform features evolve.
