This Refund Policy explains how refunds, duplicate charges, technical transaction errors, memberships, promotions, and marketplace disputes are handled on OSBeats.

OSBeats provides access to digital music, beats, licenses, and other digital products that may be delivered or made accessible immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot generally be returned in the same manner as physical products, completed digital purchases are generally final once the purchased content or license has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law or where OSBeats determines that a transaction qualifies for correction or refund.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the applicable track, pricing, licensing option, and purchase terms before completing a transaction.

If a buyer is accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, the buyer should contact OSBeats with the applicable transaction information.

Confirmed duplicate charges may qualify for correction or refund.

A transaction may be reviewed if:

• Payment was successfully completed but the purchased content was not delivered or made available
• A technical error caused an incorrect transaction
• The buyer was charged an incorrect amount
• The purchased item was unavailable at the time of the completed transaction
• Another verified platform or payment-processing error affected the purchase

OSBeats may attempt to correct the problem by restoring access, correcting the transaction, or issuing a refund when appropriate.

Purchases of Standard, Premium, Exclusive, Buy Now, or other music licenses are generally final after the license or associated content has been delivered.

Buyers should review the applicable licensing rights before completing their purchase.

A buyer's change of mind after receiving a properly delivered digital product or license does not automatically qualify the transaction for a refund.

Exclusive music purchases may result in the applicable track or licensing option being removed from further sale.

Because an Exclusive transaction can affect the creator's ability to continue offering the content to other buyers, completed and properly delivered Exclusive purchases are generally final except where required by law or where a verified transaction problem occurred.

Membership or subscription charges are subject to the terms presented when the membership is purchased.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a previously completed billing period unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved under the applicable membership terms.

Paid promotional services may become non-refundable once the promotion has started, marketplace placement has been provided, or the purchased promotional benefit has otherwise been used.

If a paid promotion cannot be provided because of a verified OSBeats technical problem, the transaction may be reviewed for correction, replacement, account credit, or refund as appropriate.

Users are not entitled to a refund merely because their content, account, monetization privileges, promotion, or marketplace access is restricted or removed for violating the OSBeats Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Policy, copyright requirements, or other platform rules.

This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Disputes involving licensing terms, ownership claims, inaccurate listings, unauthorized content, or other creator-to-buyer issues may require review of the listing, license terms, transaction records, and moderation records.

OSBeats may preserve relevant records and take appropriate marketplace action while reviewing a dispute.

Fraudulent refund requests, false claims, abusive chargebacks, payment manipulation, or attempts to obtain digital content without legitimate payment are prohibited.

Suspected payment abuse may result in transaction review, marketplace restrictions, account suspension, or other appropriate action.

Users requesting review of an eligible transaction should contact OSBeats through the Contact Us page and provide enough information to identify the transaction and explain the issue.

OSBeats may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

Certain payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Refunds, disputes, reversals, and processing times may also be subject to the applicable payment processor's requirements and applicable law.

OSBeats may update this Refund Policy as marketplace features, payment methods, legal requirements, and platform services evolve.
