OSBeats respects intellectual-property rights and requires users to upload, distribute, sell, and license only content they own or are legally authorized to use.

OSBeats is intended for original or properly authorized music, beats, recordings, artwork, and related content.

Users may not upload, publish, sell, license, monetize, or distribute material that infringes another person's copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Copyright owners or their authorized representatives who believe content available through OSBeats infringes their copyrighted work may submit a copyright infringement notice.

A notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the OSBeats content claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to locate it
• The complaining party's name and contact information
• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

OSBeats has registered a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office for receipt of DMCA copyright notices.

Formal DMCA notices should be submitted using the designated agent contact information maintained in the U.S. Copyright Office's public DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

Copyright concerns may also be brought to OSBeats' attention through the platform's Contact Us and reporting functions.

OSBeats may review properly submitted copyright complaints and take appropriate action regarding allegedly infringing material.

Actions may include restricting access to content, removing content, disabling sales or monetization, preserving relevant records, contacting the affected user, or taking other appropriate action.

When applicable under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a user whose material has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice may submit a counter notification.

A valid counter notification must contain the information required by applicable copyright law. OSBeats may provide a qualifying counter notification to the original complaining party and handle restoration of content in accordance with applicable DMCA procedures.

OSBeats maintains a policy for addressing repeat copyright infringement.

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights may have content removed, monetization or marketplace privileges restricted, or their accounts suspended or permanently terminated when appropriate.

Serious infringement may result in immediate enforcement.

Users submitting copyright notices or counter notifications are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations concerning infringement or removal of content may result in liability under applicable law.

Copyright reporting is separate from general marketplace reporting. Content involving fraud, prohibited adult content, misleading listings, harassment, or other policy violations may be reported through OSBeats' general reporting system.

OSBeats may update this policy to reflect changes to applicable law, Copyright Office requirements, or OSBeats procedures.
